MAKING A PAYMENT

PRICING INFORMATION

All our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the standard 10% GST. All prices advertised on the website are current at time of checkout.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: 

The following freight prices will be calculated at time of checkout.

  • Flat rate of $12 up to 2kg across Australia.
  • Flat rate of $15 up to 5kg across Australia.
  • Flat rate of $20 up to 10kg across Australia.
  • POA for any orders over 10kg . The delivery will be calculated by delivery postcode and final weight from Sydney, Australia

    •       Free postage for all orders over $100.

    •       Please allow a maximum of 1 week for dispatch.

    •       As our current frieght service is not Australia Post we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes, Locked Bag's or any parcel collect locations. Please ensure that you provide the correct street address when checking out. If this does not suit your needs then please contact us at info@ludiquecollection.com and we will be happy to help with an alternative delivery method.

    •       Once the items have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can trace your Ludique product. Once again please ensure your address details are correct prior to placing an order with us. We can only ship to the address provided and in case it is incorrect you will be liable to pay the cost for redelivery.

 

SENDING AS A GIFT ?
